Breathing for Clarity and Ease

with

Julie Glassmoyer, CR

  • Participants will learn to use breathing, movement (even from your chair),  and attention as a biological pathway to greater ease and clarity throughout the day.
  • Learn about research such as a study at Johns Hopkins that revealed that 4 out of 5 people could feel better if they breathed better.
  • Engage in practices to re-establish healthy, whole-body breathing, which many of us have lost through encountering the stresses of childhood trauma, adult challenges, or environmental pollution.
  • Practices introduced during this presentation can transform breathing.  As whole-body breathing is re-established, a number of positive changes in your body, mind, and overall well being may be experienced.
  • Learn practices that if consistently followed may result in a reliable feeling of harmony and ease in your body, clearer and sharper mental focus, deeper rest at night, and getting more things done and having more energy during the day.
