* Discharge and Elimination
* Joy and Satisfaction
* Love and Relationships
- Take an inventory to identify which pillars are in good shape and which need attention.
- Set goals and create a stepwise plan to achieve wellness.
- Gather support from others to build and maintain momentum.
- Identify educational resources and plan to engage those that fit.
- Troubleshoot potential difficulties in plan implementation.

Dr. Sparer is a naturopathic doctor with a passion for prevention, primary care medicine, and wellness education. He has extensive experience diagnosing and responding to patients’ health issues with a special attention on cardiovascular disease, digestive disorders, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, environmental toxicity, and hormone imbalances. With a strong desire to contribute to the wellness of his community through an ability to initiate and maintain therapeutic relationships, he is a creative thinker capable of making difficult diagnoses and providing support in complex situations. He has advanced clinical training in injection therapeutics, visceral manipulation, and therapeutic massage therapy, and he combines these to facilitate immediate symptom relief and long-term wellness success. He has talent in whole foods preparation and workshop education, with over 10 years of teaching experience. And most importantly, he is a close listener to ensure that your story is heard and your treatment plan is crafted to meet YOUR individual needs and concerns.
